Nichols Campground
Nichols Campground is located on the Tallulah River in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s just a short distance from Mountain City, where you can hike the landmark Screamer Mountain.
At Nichols Campground you’ll find ten sites adjacent to the Tallulah River for both tents and RVs. Trout fishing is excellent in the mountain river. A campground pavilion with a fireplace and grill is available.

Cumberland Island
Cumberland Island is a barrier island on the south side of Georgia. It’s a unique camping experience to ferry out and camp on the island. Cumberland is part of a nationally designated wilderness full of undeveloped beaches, forests, and marshes, as well as developed hiking and biking trails.

Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge
No two visits to Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge will be the same. It’s a sprawling wilderness refuge with plenty of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The landscapes are varied, and always changing. There are three major entrances, each with a different experience to offer.
The main entrance is the Suwannee Canal Recreation Area. This is a more developed part of the refuge.
